Privacy Policy

This notice covers the personal data you give us through the inquiry form on this site (your name, contact details and interest in an apartment in the Nový Dvor project). Processing of cookies stored in your browser is described on the separate Cookies page.

Controller

The controller that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data is:

What data we process

• first name and surname,
• email address and/or phone number — at least one contact method is required so we can get back to you,
• any note you write in the form,
• the apartment size (layout) you select in the form,
• the language of the page (Slovak/English/Hungarian) you submit the inquiry on — we pass it to both Realpad and Aderius together with the inquiry,
• your IP address — serves as evidence of when and from where consent was given, and is also used to limit the number of inquiries from one address per hour (protection against abuse of the form),
• the exact time consent was given — together with the IP address, serves as evidence of consent,
• data about the campaign you arrived from (for example UTM parameters, gclid/fbclid), the address of the page you came from, and the page on which you submitted the inquiry,
• a technical browser identifier (the so-called user agent) — stored together with the inquiry as a routine technical record of its submission.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

We process your data for two separate purposes, each backed by a separate consent you give in the form:

1. Handling your inquiry — so we can contact you and respond to your interest in an apartment in the Nový Dvor project. This consent is required to submit the form.
2. Sending news about the project — only if you tick the "I would like to receive news about the Nový Dvor project" box in the form. This consent is optional, and without it we can still handle your inquiry under point 1.

The legal basis for both purposes is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Without the consent under point 1, we cannot send or process your inquiry.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with the following two recipients, both acting as our processors:

• Realpad — the CRM system in which we record and handle your inquiry (communication with our sales team, inquiry history). Every valid inquiry goes here regardless of whether you also ticked the news box — without it, your inquiry would never reach our sales team.
• Aderius — our marketing analytics tool. We pass it the inquiry data together with campaign data (see "What data we process" above) only if you ticked the consent to receive news in the form (point 2 in "Purpose of processing and legal basis" above) — without that consent, Aderius receives no name, contact detail, or any other data about you.

We do not share your data with any third party beyond Realpad and Aderius, except where required by law.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data for no longer than 36 months from the date the inquiry was submitted — after that period, it is automatically deleted. You can withdraw your consent to receive news at any time even sooner (see below); once withdrawn, we stop processing your data for that purpose without undue delay, even if the period above has not yet elapsed.

Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• access the data we process about you,
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
• have your data erased ("the right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability to another controller,
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk).

How to withdraw consent

This page distinguishes two different consents:

• Cookie consent (marketing cookies that trigger campaign tracking) can be withdrawn by yourself at any time via the Cookie settings link in the site footer. Details are on the Cookies page.
• Consent given in the inquiry form (processing of your inquiry and/or sending news) is tied to a specific submitted inquiry. To withdraw it, please contact us in writing at the controller's address above, or by email at gdpr@novydvor.com.

Consent wording version

The consent wording shown in the form has a version identifier. The current wording is 2026-08-v1. We store this identifier with every inquiry together with the time consent was given, so we can always prove the exact wording you agreed to on that day. If the consent wording changes in the future, it will receive a new identifier — inquiries submitted before the change keep their link to the wording that applied when they were submitted.
