NitraTwo perspectives. One vision.
Nový Dvor in the heart of Trebišov.
Not every project starts with an empty plot. The Nový Dvor project is being built on a site most people in Trebišov know very well. The former Allianz building was, for many years, a natural part of the town centre. Today it gets a chance at a new life.
From the start we knew we didn't want to build just another apartment block. We wanted to create a place that respects the character of Trebišov, its history and the people who live here. That's why we brought the most valuable thing we have to the project — experience.
At SIBAREAL we have been designing and building housing in Slovak towns for more than 20 years. Every project has taught us that good architecture alone is not enough — understanding the place it's built for matters just as much. That's why we chose a local architect as our partner for this project — someone who has long been shaping the development of towns in this region.
Ateliér Čiary
Our architect is Patrik Panda, chief architect of the city of Prešov and founder of Ateliér Čiary. He comes from eastern Slovakia. He understands the character of the town, its rhythm and the expectations of the people who live in it.
He brought more than an architectural design to the project. He brought the perspective of someone who knows that quality housing isn't created within four walls alone. It's created in the streets, in squares, in public spaces, and in relationships between people.
The result of this collaboration will be a project that fits naturally into the centre of Trebišov. Nový Dvor will bring modern housing, functional public spaces, and architecture that combines respect for the town with consideration for the people who live in it.
